Readers Poll! VOTE on Dan's FACE!
Those of you readers who shop at Star Clipper regularly are probably familiar with the smiling mugs of most of the staff who work here. It's also possible that you're aware of a little "shaving mistake" that happened to Dan a couple of weeks ago resulting in a clean-shaven Dan McNamara. Something AJ and I had never before seen in our lives.
Now Dan is in the process of re-growing that beard he enjoyed so much - but I say "NO!" Dan has no idea I'm posting this blog so here is your big chance to have some say in whether you think Dan should have a beard or not.

Which do you prefer? Comment away and if more of you prefer a clean shaven Dan (like AJ and I), I'll do my best to convince him to leave it off. If more of you like the old-fashioned hairy-faced Dan, well then I'll just tell him he was right all along. Post a comment and have your say!!

I have never met Dan before but I enjoy reading his blog. I think he looks much better without the beard.

Star Clipper should be all beards all winter long! Come back to the hirsute side Dan! and for that matter, Ben needs to join us till March 22.
I heard that today only, while supplies last, all bearded customers get free cookies.

A Dan without a beard is like a green lantern without his ring... it's where he gets his powers. Sorry Ben, but I'm a traditionalist.

Beard up, son. The stereotypes of the beard are intelligence, urbanity, wisdom and scrofula. The clean-shaven look gets you "handsome and younger." You wanna be known as urbane and sophisticated or handsome and young -- until you get old? In short, The Maestro has a beard -- so should Dan.

Kevin, I don't think you fully understood the scope of your request for all beards all winter. AJ and I just wouldn't be able to pull that off. It would scare the customers.
