Superman Returns...again...and again...and...

After some thought, a cooling of the fanboy hysteria, and another good movie, I have decided to redo my rating for Superman Returns. Sometimes I forget that there is a negative side to all the numbers, so I may pump the numbers higher then they should be. The revised stats are as follows: For Fun, and Not Fun, I issue forth with a +5,(It does tend to run long at the end). On the competing axis, I am going to have to lower it to -1. While the dialogue is well written, and most of the actors are very good, the actual plot of the story is lacking. The main character(Superman) comes off at times as a whiny little bitch to be frank. "My girlfriend got pregnant with some other dude and now they're living together!" Yeah, well thats what happens when you disappear for five years.
